Do you want to feel confident in social situations and in photos with the bonus of a calm start to your hoilday? This may be for you! Most people only wear around 60% of what they pack on holiday. A holiday styling service helps you travel lighter, save time and feel confident knowing every eventuality is covered.
A Holiday Packing Personal Stylist service is designed to remove the stress from packing while ensuring you look stylish, feel confident and have a versatile wardrobe that works for your destination, activities and climate.

How is works:
Pre-trip consultation (phone or video)
Discuss destination, length of trip, planned activities (beach, sightseeing, evenings out), weather, luggage size and personal style.
Wardrobe edit using existing clothes and accessories (in person)
Creating multiple outfits from items the client already owns, reducing overpacking and unnecessary purchases.
Outfit planning & capsule creation
A curated holiday capsule wardrobe where everything mixes and matches. This typically includes:
Day outfits
Evening looks (incl formal dinners)
Travel outfits
Accessories and footwear – inc. bags

Visual outfit guide
Outfit photos or a digital lookbook showing exactly what to wear each day - particularly helpful for early mornings or busy trips.

This service is not just for holiday travel as I have also worked with clients who travel abroad for business – this means determining work attire for different climates to normal and considering work socialising requirements with dress codes. The area of travel may also have culture modesty guidelines.
Packing tips
Lay out everything first – or on a clothes rail – and leave for a few days. You’ll remember things you’ve missed/and realise you’re taking too much and reduce. Think of outfits not just pieces
Wear your heavier shoes/ boots/coat
Don’t forget your travel outfits
Wear your valuable jewellery – keep medication and jewellery in your hand luggage
Take hand wash to wash through underwear etc
Pack 'Shout' cleaning wipes for mishaps (purchase from Amazon)
Keep colours to a minimum – neutral shades + 1 – 2 accent colours
Packing cubes (don’t overstuff, one category per cube, use compression ones for soft items)
Shoes are your heaviest items so reduce them as much as possible. Use shoe bags or shower caps over them
A general rule is 3 tops for each bottom piece
Think wrinkle resistant fabrics – linen blends, merino, knits.
Light layers are more flexibile
A warm base layer is always worth packing – in merino or cashmere – just in case
Don’t forget the power of accessories – belts, scarves, jewellery
Place tissue or dry cleaning plastic between folds to reduce creasing
Pack heaviest items first (and nearer the wheel side for stability)
Pack items you need first near the top – sleepwear/ toiletries/ swimwear
Pack toiletries in zip lock bags
Don’t forget tech! Chargers. Plugs. Cables.
It’s all in the planning. You planned the holiday, you need to plan what you're going to wear to get the most out of it.
